Problems of coal-fired steam boiler: when the wall-hanging furnace is on fire, it will turn off, the main controller will give an alarm, and the display screen will show the code of emergency flameout.

Reasons for trouble:

A) flame induction needle deposition.

B) poor contact between flame induction needle and thread in coal-fired steam boiler.

C) there is no elongated wall outside the suction, exhaust or flue inlet.

D) the wind outside is too strong.

E) the gas pressure supplied is abnormal, too high or too low.

F) controller fault.

G) the flame induction needle does not touch the flame.

H) the flue of coal-fired steam boiler is not well equipped.

I) the intake and exhaust pipes were fitted into the public flue.

J) the ground wire is scattered or disconnected.

Treatment:

A) clearing the carbon accumulation of the flame induction needle.

B) the flame induction needle connector of coal-fired steam boiler is well connected and inserted.

C) clear the suction and exhaust ports to make the suction and exhaust flow smooth.

D) change the position or direction of suction and exhaust.

E) adjust the gas pressure to the rated gas supply pressure.

F) change the controller.

G) for coal-fired steam boilers, adjust the flame induction needle to a position where it can touch the flame in both high and low fires.Preferably the boundary between the inner flame and the outer flame of the flame.

H) stop connecting the intake and exhaust flue to the public flue and move it outdoors.

I) if it is normal to open the cigarette pipe, then the cigarette pipe is not connected and inserted, and the cigarette pipe is connected again.
